Klarik Limited Lifetime Warranty
(For Reflex/Red Dot Sights – South Africa)

Klarik red dots are designed to our exact specifications for South African conditions. Forged in
the dust, heat, and relentless punishment of the BST Challenge, they’re rugged, precise optics
built for local extremes—backed locally and priced for every serious shooter.
We stand behind that build quality with this straightforward warranty.
What We Cover
Housing and optical system (glass/lens): Lifetime coverage under normal personal use. If
there’s a manufacturing defect in the body or glass, we’ll repair or replace it.
Electronics and illumination (LED/dot): 2 years from the date of manufacture. If the electronics
or dot fail due to a factory defect, we’ve got it covered.
When we confirm a covered defect, we’ll fix your Klarik sight or replace it with a comparable (or
better) model—no charge for the repair or replacement itself.
What This Doesn’t Cover
We’re upfront about the limits: Normal wear from real use (scuAs on controls, finish wear,
battery life ending).
Damage from drops, knocks, poor mounting, rough handling, custom changes, lack of
maintenance, or exceeding what the sight’s designed for.
Issues from weather extremes (if beyond the model’s specs), nature, or anything not tied to a
manufacturing flaw.
Personal taste or small quirks that don’t impact performance.
If anyone other than us or our authorized service opens it up or works on it, the warranty’s void.
How to Get It Fixed
Email us at help@klarik.co.za with:
• A clear description of the issue (photos make a big diAerence).
• Your proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
• The serial number on the sight. (visible below the sight)
You cover shipping it to us (plus any insurance/fees), but if it’s a valid defect, we handle the
repair/replacement and get it shipped back to you. We’re all about keeping support local in
South Africa, so claims stay quick and simple.
Final Word
This is our full commitment—no surprises in the fine print. Our responsibility is limited to
repairing or replacing the sight as described (as far as the law allows). We won’t cover any
additional hassles, downtime, or costs that might come up.
